Dr. R Ravindran Nair

College, Trichur, did M.Tech
(First Rank and Gold Medalist)
and Ph.D from IIT, Delhi. He
has a Post Graduate Diploma in
Financial Management too. He
has about 44 years of
experience in teaching,
research and educational

He was formerly the Dean (Post Graduate Studies & Reseach) of
NIT Calicut. He was honoured with “National Education
Excellence Award” in 2007 by National Education and Human
Resource Development Organization, Pune, considering his
overall contribution to Engineering Education.
He has a large number of publications to his credit in National &
International Journals and Conferences and has also authored 6
books in Malayalam on Science & Engineering.
He was also awarded “Rashtriya Vidyasaraswati Puraskar” in
2009 by International Institute of Education & Management, New
Delhi for his outstanding achievements in the field of Engineering
Education. |
